Tip the Play (TipThePlay) — official account deletion request page
If you would like to delete your Tip the Play account and associated data, submit a request using the button below. We will verify your identity and confirm once the deletion is complete.
Step 1 — Send a request
Email support with the details listed in Step 2.
Step 2 — Verify identity
We may ask for confirmation to protect your account and data.
Step 3 — Deletion completion
Once verified, we delete your account and associated data and send a confirmation email.
Include in your request:
- Full name
- Account email address
- Athlete handle (if applicable)
- Any additional details that help us verify your account
Data deleted
- Profile information (name, athlete handle, bio, and profile media)
- Account access credentials and authentication records
- Content posts, messages, and engagement history
Data retained
- Transaction records required for legal, tax, or compliance obligations
- Records needed to resolve disputes, fraud prevention, or security
Retention period
Required records may be retained for up to 7 years (or longer if required by law). All other data is deleted once the request is processed.
Deletion requests are processed as quickly as possible. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
